We offer different Bible studies and small group opportunities throughout the year. Contact us for more information on groups and topics that are currently available.

(CURRENTLY SUSPENDED) A group of people get together for coffee and conversation Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. at the church. We spend time chatting, sharing treats, and intentionally praying for people in our church and our community. Stop by any time for a visit and prayer!

Braemar is a church that values prayer as a means of connecting with God and of caring for each other. We pray for one another, our community, our country and the world - that God's will be done in all areas of our lives.

Braemar is a church that is committed to God's work, both in our city, our country and around the world. We support missionaries through the Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) Partners in Mission program as well as through organizations such as Young Life, Support a Class, Impact Ministries and other initiatives. Please contact us if you would like more information about the specific missionaries we support or ways you can support the work of missions through Braemar.

From humble beginnings in a church member’s home 50 years ago, Sonshine Fellowship has grown by leaps and bounds! Sonshine Fellowship volunteers visit Jubilee Lodge and Hardisty Nursing Home regularly, bringing a half-hour program which includes prayer, hymn singing, a short devotion and visiting with the residents. We hope to be able to visit Ottewell Lodge and Extendicare Holyrood again in the future.
